I’ll be 60.5 when I get my next CDR. My last two have been a short form and they’re like clock work every 3 yrs.
My question is, if I get another short form, do I check my condition as having worsened even though they are new conditions? I’ve had a second neck fusion, a foot fused in two places so having to use a cane due to falling several times, a new shoulder surgery and have developed a vocal cord paralysis and split cord that remains open, so little to no voice at all. I have to force a whisper out, and also have a swallowing issue. All are proven by scopes and x-Ray.
Not sure how to do this since it’s not from my original diagnosis in which I’m still under the care of several specialists from on a regular basis.
