Ordered Abound LR (Promised Sept 30 ship date) – Accessories arrived, bike ghosted, CS gives no answers. Anyone else?
Ordered an Abound LR and I’ve been waiting for a whole month now. The promised ship date was Sept 30. All my accessories showed up weeks ago, but the bike hasn't even shipped yet. Called CS and just got the exact same bot-like "processing in order" line 5 times with no actual date.
Is this really worth $2,300 with this level of service? Is anyone else stuck waiting for their Abound LR this long? How long did yours take after the estimated date?
