Good lord, if I knew it was a ticketed event I would have pounced on those so fast. If there is anybody willing to sell me their ticket, I would owe you my life.
I'm taking my card game (Justice Fighters) to GenCon and it's making me super nostalgic. So check out how these cards have changed from 2003 until now!
Pic 1 - We used what we had which was printer paper, colored pencils and Microsoft Word. We laminated with packing tape and we loved it.
Pic 2 - my first revisions after I bought a laminator in 2010. There's a small design change, addition to a resource you use in the game, and a rework of the art, but the card largely remains the same.
Pic 3 - The font, while cool, is very hard to read. But this was me trying to make things work with what I already had. This rework was in 2024, but it worked? Now it was time to get serious.
Pic 4 - the current version of the cards. A full rework of the design included a color coding for each card type and an expansion of the art. I think it looks awesome, and I'm hyped to show it off.
