Pcloud reverted my PC files to a version from months ago; need help restoring them

So I've been using PCloud (2TB) for a year or so. Yesterday I got an error message saying my storage was full, even though I was only using about 300GB. I updated PCloud, didn't get the error again, so assumed it was fine.

Well today I was on my PC, minimized to my desktop, and it was full of old deleted files. Not just from my PC, but from my dad's too (I let him use my PCloud subscription). It was also missing a few files. Then I check my other folders and sure enough a bunch of them are reverted to how they were months ago.

Checking online, both the old and the missing files were stored on PCloud, at least for the desktop.

I know there is a rewind feature, but that only seems to be online where I would have to manually download everything again and compare what is/is not on my desktop already. Hours upon hours of work.

Anyone have a solution to revert everything directly on my PC? And how to prevent this from happening again? I've already turned off sync for now.

Any suggestions on the best way to watch things from my hard drive on a Roku smart TV that can reliably display different types of subtitles?

I have a Roku smart TV and currently use the default Roku Media Player to watch things off my portable hard drive. Some videos have different subtitle file types, and only some of them work on Roku Media Player (the others will say no captions available even though I can watch them on my PC just fine).

So I'm looking for suggestions on alternate ways to be able to watch everything with subtitles. For example:

  1. Is there a third party app on Roku that can play media from a portable hard drive?

  2. I was looking into some HDMI plug-in media players, but none seem to have great reviews (with issues like subtitles not working, remote needing to be within 5 feet of the player, or the player refusing to turn off after).

  3. I saw some people talking about using a server with some alternative apps, but I have no idea how that works or how to set it up or if it needs a subscription service or something.

  4. I've also looked into hard-encoding all the subtitles, but that would be quite a bit of work doing manually unless someone knows of a program or something that does it automatically.

All in all, I'm looking for a solution that doesn't cost more than around $50 and doesn't require casting from another device. Thank you!

Low TSH but normal T3 and T4 after thyroid removal?

I've had Hashimoto's for most of my adult life. Recently got diagnosed with (contained) thyroid cancer and had a total thyroidectomy. It's been about 5 months since then, and ever since the surgery I've been extremely tired and having other worsening symptoms similar to hyperthyroidism like hot and oily skin and losing weight.

Now I've had labs and my thyroglobulin was thankfully undetectable, but TSH was very low while T3 and T4 were normal. My doctor's office tends to take a while to call to discuss results so I just wanted to know if anyone had had a similar experience or knew enough about the lab tests to have an idea of what was going on while I wait.

Edit: Forgot to mention I tripled my dose of Levothyroxine after the surgery.
