Help wanted on how to reduce the frizziness in my hair, im a 23 year old man and its been like this forever, I don't particularly style it much as I don't know what to do for it, my hair only really gets wavy when its long and sometimes curls but not always.

Suggestions so far have been keratin treatments for the frizz or trying to style it as curly hair, but i think its not curly enough.

Any advice welcome! Always had long hair but never really known much about keeping it healthy.
