Why does it seem like they’re always fighting?? I know they play around with each other a lot but Kesley always looks pissed off and on their recent video it seems like they argue alot based off the one question they answered

The cops showed up at their house on the live to do a wellness check on Sarah
We were finally able to get my dog seen by the vet, she did some blood work on him, and told us to take him to the hospital because some of his blood work wasn’t great.
They’re keeping him in the hospital for 2-3 days because his platelet levels were low.. I’m just having such a hard time with this, he ate his dinner just fine last night, he still was walking, playing, and eating treats. I just feel so awful he was dealing with this and I had no idea. The nurse at the hospital said she has seen so many success with the treatment but she said she has had a few dogs who didn’t make it and I wish she didn’t tell me that because that was the worst thing to hear.
Has anyone dealt with this?? If you have how is your dog doing
