I was looking at the Enkei TS-V 17x8 but I cannot run those in street touring for my 2015 mazda3. Are there any other wheels that have a similar look but are legal for street touring?

What are some good skidplate options for my 2015 I touring? I am going to be doing some driving on some gravel roads with some deep ruts and I think a skidplate would be a good idea. I saw the Corksport one, but I think it would be a bit too thin to take rock impacts. Any other places I should be looking? Also is there any other sort of underbody protection besides the skidplate I should be looking at getting?
