Scrolling issue on kitty with ctrl + shift + up

Hello,
I've noticed after scrolling a certain amount with ctrl + shift + up the keyboard scroll stops working. I cannot scroll up or down with the keyboard, but I can scroll with the trackpad. I've tried different scrollback values and it didn't seem to help. How can I fix this?

Fedora Screen Flicker Randomly

Hey all, I've been having an issue on my fedora laptop where the screen randomly flickers every once in a while, then goes back to normal. I'm not even sure where I should look to find what the problem is, I would love to get a few pointers.
