Account Banned/Need help

Hi I was recently given a permanent ban on Apex Legends and honestly losing my mind trying to find any form of useful information about this. I've filed over 10 appeals and gotten the same response, despite me explaining the situation clearly and even requesting the reason for the ban, which has not been given. Sorry for the formatting in advance as this is my first reddit post and I'm truly desperate for any form of help. I recently started playing Apex again over a month ago, prior to my return I've only had 1 violation ever on my EA account in the 10+ years I've had it. My younger brother hasn't been doing so hot at home so to cheer him up I let him play on my account because it's fairly stacked with good/old unobtainable skins and some heirlooms. Due to him having issues at home he's been lashing out, more than your normal bratty 15 year old and wound up getting me a week ban. Not a big deal just talk with him and set him straight, I get that he's frustrated and is just venting. Fast forward to a week ago and I've been permanently banned on my EA account. The ban doesn't said the exact reason, and during my appeals I've requested an explanation as to why this penalty has been placed on my account. My brother swears he didn't cross any lines and I'd like to believe him but I have zero means of knowing the truth or even getting my account back. It's a season 0 Apex account that I've invested YEARS into, so it means a lot to me. I've gone through hell and back speaking to EA's awful AI attempting to force it to connect me to an actual human (if you lie and said you can't login to your account as a guest it will connect you). And when speaking to EA Advisors through live chat, they have told me to open a new case and submit an appeal through there, but when I fill this out it just gives me the closest help on EA's website, and I haven't gotten any responses yet based on the ones I've filled out. EA's appeal system does not appear to be reviewed by an actual human either as I get the same exact response every time. 2 Advisors said they would send my case to the ban team or ToS team, though I'd just kill for the opportunity to actively get a hold of someone and speak with them about this matter, as my account only has 3 penalties in 6 years and I feel this is a bit harsh of a penalty to enact onto someone. I saw some people mention EA's ToS tells you how to solve this problem, so if you are going to say that, please let me know where to look in the ToS to save me from more headache from this matter.
