Im looking at joining a roleplay community that actually does fun things. It can be any type of roleplay (as long as it is NOT inappropriate)
I also want this post to serve as a place where you can share communities your trying to build aswell
I've seen a Borgaboo video with him playing a game called Jump to the Moon. Looks very well built and from what I can tell, is a damn fun game.

Everything from music, UI, and gameplay seems well polished. So pray tell, dear Polytorians, what game should aspiring game devs look at to understand what they should aim for?
I've seen a few game names with "Poly", "Tori", "Toria", etc etc. I know this is meant to copy Roblox's version, like "Ro", "Bloxy" and etc. But, my question is, what do you think are more or better alternatives to this?

Also, what's up with people seeing a game on Roblox they port and just change up the name? If it is a port or a somewhat direct copy, wouldn't it make sense that you use the name? I dont think the names of Roblox games are copyrighted either. Atleast, some of em.
As it comes to roleplay, I know some of you have had your experiences, good or bad.
Sure, the hangout games are fun.
But we have the opportunity to do something that Roblox has removed the opportunity for.
That is roleplay. We need more roleplay games where people can genuinely immerse themselves in. And people who aren't afraid to roleplay.

Roblox has completely removed the opportunity for any sort of roleplay to be done, so I think Polytoria can step up and fill that role.

I recently queued some songs from AAC(320k) and (120k) to FLAC, and after getting those files I noticed the Metadata was messed up, but after trying to enrich the Metadata(it failed) I tried doing it myself.
Everything was pulled correctly. But when I tried to save, an error message told me that it failed to parse the FLACE file.
Any tips?
Im seeing that the Echo and Echo Mini are both getting themes developed for it, but I see nothing for the Echo Disc except lock screens, which is a shame.

Dear Polytorians,
it seems to me that we have creative players on our platform, yet barely anyone is creating new games. Or at least finishing them. Players want to play games, but when there aren't any games to play, what can we do?
To you I ask, why? It could be school, maybe you're waiting for a stable version of 2.0 I could be anything.
But I want you, dear Polytorians, to understand is that we need to make games. Have a game idea that you're not sure about? Make it anyway. Miss a game from Roblox that you just wish was on the site? Yeah, me too. But everyone is thinking the same thing. "Im waiting for when someone makes that game for Polytoria."
But if everyone is waiting for everyone else to make games, who will make them? Sure, there are the dime-a-dozen creators on the platform. But my question is, why aren't YOU up there.
I think it's time we take the bull by the horns, and start making games that WE want to play. That's the point.

As someone who's Echo disc arrives in a couple of days, I want to try creating custom themes for my DAP, just like the Echo Mini (and recently, the Echo).
I had the idea of trying to find how I can make custom themes for the Disc when I receive mine, and once I do, share the info with this Reddit.
Any suggestions or tips would be heavily appreciated.
Also, how do I make sure my Disc doesn't brick itself if I mess up?
I want to get an idea of what to expect with this DAP. As for how I plan to use it, I'm using a 64GB card (I don't listen to that many songs) and use it pretty much as my daily audio device. Picked it over the Echo and Echo Mini for the fact that it can take 2TB cards, although I like the Echo more.
I've seen people put themes on their Echo Minis. I hope I can do so with the Disc, or maybe later in the future.
I heard in the intro of one of those Roblox youtubers back in the day wanted to see if I could find it.
