When doing the application do we submit all documents digitally or do we also send printed documents via dhl?

Hello, im about to apply for a spouse visa in about 6 month time with the savings route.

Ive been with my british wife for 13 years, married for 7 year and we have a son together, and he is also british through his mother.

I entered the uk in 2004 legally on a tourist visa and over stayed and voluntarily left in 2013. I was a minor when i entered and 19 yo when left the uk. Entered with my mother.

My wife have lived in my country together for the last 6 years and recently moved back to the uk when my son turned 1 yo. Im still here missing precious time with my boy.

Finances are on track

Accomodation is on track

Our relationship and family is the most genuine thing i have in my life (not worried about that at all)

Should i be worried about my past uk overstay situation? And what should i be looking out for?
