Tips on how to tackle lighting

The question is I have a tank 160x70x70cm. With no curent lights. How can we best do that with maybe incorporating a lid. Since al cooling systems of lights are on top i was wondering if anyone had some good insight.

Now for some extra information.

I bought this tank trough market place real cheap. But the lighting it came with is just normal led bars. They are not gonna cut it. He also didn't have a lid for the tank. Which i am heavely leaning towards. Now for what the lights need to do.We currently have an 80x40 cm aquarium which was our entry. It has mostly buttons some hammers and duncans. A rock flower. In the new tank the focus is mostly lps and my girlfriend would like to try some lps. Our current plan is to buy 2 or more lights with atleast one aboe to grow the high in light demanding plants to see how we like it. Currently we are looking at the kessil led a160WE Tuna Blue. The plan is to make holes in the lid where the lights enter trough. Our budget is around 1500 euros. We would like something that will last and not too muc maintenance.

Now time for you to shine in the comments.

Ik was aan het zoeken naar mini's van rescale minautres voor de volgende campaign. (zie link) Nou zijn ze hier wel heel goedkoop en in de aanbieding en kan ik niks over de site vinden. Als laatste check nog even deze post. Mensen hier bekend mee ja of nee? Ik hoor hier graag meer over.

I am currently designing a greenhouse for veggies. In a larger section i want to be able to have quail walk around. this wil be done by a hatch that connects to their aviary. I am currently looking at button quail for this. but have no prior experience keeping quail. Are their species anyone recommends for doing wel with kitchen garden plants.

FYI: This is my second post about this. I am asking this specific question again since it didn't get any real answers yet.

Soon ill be moving to a new house with a nice big garden. I have been looking forward to keeping quail so this is my moment. my girlfriend really wants a greenhouse for veggies and stuff. I had this brilliant idea to split the greenhouse. 1 area for pots and with seedling and delicate plants and later when we get a pond going possibly a hydroponic setup. The other part just a soil bed where the more mature plants can grow. My idea was to net this are of to allow quails to roam here. Make a small hatch with minature strip curtain to keep in the heat and humidity. with a nice outside area for the quail. This in theory seems great. But i can't find any info on whether or not this is actually a good idea. Some people seem to have done something similear. But i can find real evidence.

So any tips and or insights are useful. Also let me know if this is a stupid idea and why. Also which species would you recommend. quail will in the first place be kept as pets but am not against eating them or the eggs.

Would be really apreciated.
