I wanted to ask opinions for a FB post I was going to make in a book group that got rejected. This really handsome Italian fellow that I think looks just like Alessandro comes into my starbucks. I was going to post how cool it was to hear someone in person speaking Italian and goin ciao, he comes in and works on his computer, and I was told it was creepy, gross and fetish like? Is it really?

Our new coworker in our cubicle office is a non stop hummer. I complained once, and I'm pretty sure others in surrounding desks have complained as well because she'll be quiet for most of one day, then right back at it. And now she's not humming or singing but making weord strangled grunting sounds instead, like she's stuffing a hankerchief in her mouth but the noise is trying to come out. It's the audible equivalent of a little kid kicking the back of your chair all day.
Company policy says not to bring this type of thing up with coworkers directly, but to talk to management. Management and HR here are dicks and I know from experience people bringing up complaints will be treated as the problem. So does anyone have any suggestions?
