How long does it take to fix a “fail to gain”?
Prior service, enlisted last month, contacted my unit and they said I’m not showing up on their roster. S1 is saying it’s a “fail to gain” issue and has sent it up. It’s been a couple weeks since the last interaction. What’s a reasonable time frame to expect this to get resolved?
