Was she saying she hasn’t seen the movies with Andrew Garfield or Tom Hollander?

I started getting tattoos in Rhode Island before they were legal in Massachusetts.
My older brother suggested we go to Federal Hill in Providence. I went to East Coast Tattoo and the artist name was Red. I know he had a falling out with the owner years back and opened up his own shop. Does anyone know the shop or if Red is still there?
