I need help.

I (28m) have started dealing with PE. It started the day after my birthday, at the beginning of February. Since then I havent been able to last longer than 1 minute - before this, I could last 10 - 20 minutes.

I am grateful to have a partner who is understanding and patient but I miss enjoying sex. I’ve learnt about reverse kegels and have been doing them everyday to relax my pelvic floor since the beginning of May; it has been 2 weeks but nothing has changed.

My partner believes I’ve been stressing myself out since the first time it happened and think about it has affected my performance. I think it might be due to the fact that I’ve been masturbating almost everyday since I was 14.

I am trying not to overly stress myself about my situation because I feel that it can be fixed. But I would like to hear from other men who have been through what I am going through.

What other solutions can I try that don’t involve medication?

Those of you who seen success with reverse kegels, how long did it take for you to get back to normal?
