22 free bullets every day plus an additional 50 from silver bricks nets you a total of 160 per event. A little better than the usual 60 for free players, or 90 if you bought a $1 pack every day. With at most 140 needed to reach level 20, that's two guaranteed red blueprints every month.

Wow, what a terrible reward!
It was nice to hit 12 billion on Code 87 and get that many resources, but now that I finally hit 16, the reward is a massive downgrade. What a joke to replace that many resources with one day's worth of oil that I probably won't ever need anyway. Even if you're a big whale and get this early, it's still not gonna make much of a difference.

Let's be honest. Some of the stuff in this game is total rubbish.
If I was dealing 1000 damage to a boss with 10000 HP, I'd still need to attack it 10 times after equipping this talisman. Such greatly!
