I have heard the StandBy mode is now $10 a month, is that correct?

Today I looked at my Vine account and noticed that two of my recent reviews were marked "Not approved" and when I clicked on the rewrite the review button, I received this message (in red), "We apologize but Amazon is not accepting reviews on this product from this account. For more information or to contact us, please see our community guidelines".

The products were reviewed on different days, and neither of them is a variant of another order so that wasn't the issue. Both reviews were 5 stars, and as far as I can tell, met all community guidelines, and included several photos each, along with photos of the products measurements. Has this happened to you too? I am a Vine member in good standing, and have reviewed nearly 100 items, 99% of which were rated "Excellent ". I am currently 5 months into my Silver probation period. I am baffled by the message from Vine?

I am planning a 100th birthday party for my mother-in-law in August of this year. She resides in an a small independent living/assisted living facility with about 50 residents and a half dozen staff. The party will be held indoors at her facility as many of the residents have mobility issues and couldn't attend if I held it off site. I am looking for ideas for favors. Most of the guests will be in their late 80's or older, many with either hearing or vision difficulties. Because of food restrictions I am just planning on doing a cake with ice cream choices as well as coffee and tea. I am also going to offer a sugar free dessert option as well, although I'm not sure what it will be yet. I would love to thank those who attend with a favor, but I am really stumped as to what kind of favor would be appropriate and appreciated by elderly guests. Whatever it is I would like to personalize it by adding something to commemorate her 100th birthday. I would really appreciate any thoughts and suggestions on favors ideas. Thanks in advance...
