Swimming in pool causing poisoning/diarrhea?

It seems like whenever I am consistently swimming, I will be getting random diarrhea during the week, but whenever I stop, I don't.

(before you start attacking me I do NOT go in the pool unless I have no symptoms for at least 1 day)

Most of the time it's mild but sometimes it's not, and at least one time it was severe poisoning.

For context : I'm a beginner and I do accidentally drink water a lot while swimming, but I always thought water will always be swallowed/going up nose/ears as a normal part of swimming.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I'm a new swimmer and I'm starting to hate this tbh.

Symptoms:

extreme pain during BM that lasts for hours afterwards

blood, a lot of it, bright like cutting your finger, and could see it dripping after each BM

I was prescribed a suppository + GTN cream and while the journey took months and retears, the main symptoms are gone (no blood, the pain is no longer extreme).

Now my main issue is I get flat stools, and pain during and after BM.

The poop shape itself is almost regular but it looks like it's "pressed".

I went back to the doctor, he examined and said "while the fissure healed, your anus muscle is too tight" and prescribed same suppository + GTN + sitz baths. It's been months and nothing is working. He said that there's nothing to do about it except for the medicine. Sadly the meds did not help.

Stools are usually close to normal in the start (but flat) and are thinner near the ending of BM as I physically feel like my anus has shut the door (despite feeling like I still need to poop)

Does anyone have any experience with this?
