Fun Fact! The legendary american triple crown winner, Secretariat, actually had an direct offspring in japan in 1989

Born in 1988

His name was Hishi Masaru (Dam was Cream'n Crimson, out of Vaguely Noble), even tho his name was later re-used like two times- he produced decent results in japan. Many japanese's fan were excited for his career cuz of having Secretariat as his dad(Nepo baby lol). Unfortunately he got the Maruzensky treatment because he was an foreign bred horse, but his team managed to make him dominate his 3yo career by winning and placing in multiple graded races:

Kisaragi Sho(G3) 1st

Mainichi Hai(G3) 1st

Kyoto Yonsai Tokubets(G2) 1st

New Zealand Trophy Yonsai Stakes(G2) 2rd

Kyoto Daishoten(G2) 2rd

He faced the likes of Tokai Teio, Mejiro Mcqueen, Mejiro Palmer, and Ikuno Dictus.

He would end his career by placing 13th in the Topaze Stake(op race) after finishing 9th in the Arima Kinen. He didn't sired any noteworthy offsprings during his stud season and passed away on March 6, 2018

Also idk why this was the only photo on netkeiba that shows him during his active career, the rest are his retirement pics.

Also there were Astrogate and On Air, but they didn't really did that great- with On Air winning only 2 of his 5 starts (Debut and the Hiiragi Sho which is an allowance race), and Astrogate winning 2 of 8 starts also( Winning his maiden(second try after his debut) and the Yamabuki Sho which was again also an allowance race)
