Our doggy daycare takes our dog's collar off and there is no identification on her when she's in the playroom with 20 other dogs. They brought us the wrong dog last week at pick up. That dog was almost identical to ours. Do other places generally have identification on the dogs during the day? Has this happened to anyone else?
