Today’s harvest — and the next wave is already on the way 🌶️

A colorful harvest from my little pepper jungle in Ukraine 🇺🇦
Jalapeños, Aji Limo, Madam Jeanette and a few superhots made it into today’s basket. Meanwhile, the plants are still loaded with pods — some beautiful monsters are just starting to ripen.
This season keeps getting hotter 🔥🌶️

My first batch of dehydrated tomatoes — definitely not my last 🍅

This was my first time making dehydrated tomatoes, and I’m really happy with how they turned out.
I cut fresh tomatoes in halves and dehydrated them until they lost most of their moisture but were still slightly flexible rather than completely crispy.
The first photo is probably my favorite — I held one up to the light and was surprised by how beautiful the structure inside the tomato looked after dehydration.
After drying, I packed them into jars with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, herbs, a little rosemary, and mixed peppercorns.
I’ve already realized that a dehydrator is one of those things you buy for one purpose and then suddenly want to dehydrate everything 😄
How far do you usually take your tomatoes — completely dry and crispy, or do you prefer them slightly soft/leathery like these?

First pepper harvest of my life. Now the hardest part begins… waiting for the superhots! 🔥

Hello from Ukraine! 🇺🇦
This is the first pepper harvest of my life, and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
This season has been one big experiment. I’ve learned so much about growing peppers, and seeing my first harvest makes all the effort worth it.
The jalapeños and other varieties are already coming in, but now I’m especially excited for the next stage—the superhots. My Carolina Reapers and other superhot peppers are finally starting to ripen, and I can’t wait to taste them.
Thanks to everyone in this community for all the advice and inspiration. It’s been an amazing first season, and I already know this won’t be my last. 🌶️🔥

Hallows Eve appreciation post 🖤

One of my favorite pepper plants this season.
The dark foliage looks incredible, and the first pods are finally appearing.
Greetings from Ukraine! 🇺🇦
Anyone else growing Hallows Eve this year? 🌶️

Hello from Ukraine! 🇺🇦 My first year growing Hot peppers

Hi everyone!
This is my first season growing chili peppers, and I wanted to share my first harvest with this amazing community.
I never expected I’d enjoy growing peppers this much. It quickly became my favorite hobby, and now I’m learning something new every day.
These are Madame Jeanette peppers from my garden. I’m also growing Jalapeños, Aji Limo, Carolina Reapers, Habaneros, and several other varieties.
I’d love to hear what you think about the harvest and any advice you have for a first-time grower.
Greetings from Ukraine, and happy growing! 🌶️🇺🇦

is this Aji Limo?

This is my first year growing peppers and I'm still learning. I bought Aji Limo seeds, but I have doubts. After looking at the photos here on Reddit, I didn't see any fruit pointing upwards. Is this normal for Aji Limo? It's growing like crazy. I got my first pepper on June 2nd, and now I have over 20 of them and they continue to bloom.
