I wanted a more ergonomic Westar-35 design so I modeled this after a Walther P99, gave it a longer barrel and frame. And attempted to stick to the Westar-35’s design and I really like how it turned out. It’s chunkier than the latter but feels really nice to hold. I put fuzzy skin on the pistol grip to give it a nice stippling.

I’m trying to imagine that people in star wars buy aftermarket parts which is how I designed this.

The power cell has magnet sized holes in it, and so does the inside of the pistol grip. I plan on making that the way to hold the power cells in the blaster, so you can fill your belt ammo pouches with actual power cells for your weapon platform.

This is version 3 of my blaster, been working on it all week. Once i get better at modeling I’m gonna make it work with electronics and internal mechanisms to make it functional with sounds and electronics and lights and stuff.

But tell me what you think or I should improve on, I plan on putting a flared magwell for the pistol grip eventually. And maybe even working on making the pistol grip detach entirely so you can interchange it all and screw different grips in.

Su cuy’gar! I recently finished designing these angled knuckle/hand plates. I have two versions of them. The smooth version I still have to upload the listing and make a thumbnail for. These are designed to be more dextrous with vambrace use so they don’t collide as much. As well as allowing more finger mobility. While still looking sleek and low profile.

I wrote an immersive description of these hand plates on my etsy listing if you are curious. I intend on providing an alternate browsing experience, where you learn the history and features of the armor. I like adding character and story to these pieces, along with naming them. As these armor pieces are part of you through utilitarian functionality and identity.

Please tell me what you think about this! I’m looking for feedback and if anyone wants to see more, I plan on making more designs for all armor types when I have more time.

I am working on making my own custom armor stl’s and I plan on making several variations of them in the future. But, tell me what you think! They’re really low quality right now but thats for workflow.

I was thinking I could have versions that have the strap loops, and without strap loops. Depending on whatever people wish to go with. If you have any advice on design tips please don’t hesitate to let me know. Also any tips for mounting armor to shoulders is welcome, i’ve only attached mine with those snap buttons.

My plan is to make armor that is fully functional and comfortable enough to wear to play airsoft and paintball, I am about to start printing in ASA, I’m just waiting on the exterior vent kit to ship. I heard ASA is a bit of a hassle but I want to do it yano.

I printed a shit ton of random props i found and am going ham.

I’m waiting for the subway train to print and i got a lot more props after that on the way.
