got twitch drops sent to web storage but cant claim due to not having a family.

what the title says. SO i posted on the other subreddit thinking it was for the game in general and they said i should post here. so i got twitch drops and they were sent to my web storage and i claimed my drops and so now i can claim them on my account HOWEVER it says i cant because i need to make a character first and i currently have 2. after google searching for 2 hours i discovered theres a console and a pc version but the only way i can manage to access the console version is the QR code frim the game itself (idk how to otherwise) and it let me transfer from pc storage to console storage okay but now i cant find an option to claim to my game at all. what small simple thing am i missing?

Can't claim web storage even though i have a character?

so im still relatively fresh and i made a post abput ten or so days ago asking for help and a few people really helped me with their advice but now im stuck again and ive been searching online for two hours now and have nothing. so i got twitch drops and they got sent to my web account so i claimed the drops and had them added to my web storage, but now when i go to "claim drops" it says i need to make a character first (i have 2 right now) and when i tap my profile and then family it says i dont have a family linked but my account on my xbox is linked to pearlabyss so idk what im doing wrong. if anyone is able to even try to help me id be greatful thank you

Im brand new and still learning, any advice?

like the the title says im brand new im on my fifth or sixth day of the game and im still having a hard time figuring things out, like i only just today learned how to upgrade my gear lol. i know how to fish, i learned how class succession and ascenion works, i think i know how to play my warrior fairly well, and a friend told me "when you finish calpheon, do the magnus questline". beyond that i was wondering if theres anything important gameplay-wise that i really need to know? or am i okay with what i know now? thanks for taking the time to read this.
