Fitting 33s

Recently picked up a set of nice 17x9 rims with a -12mm offset, and was wondering how I could fit 285/70/17s on my 2013 Prerunner. I have stock suspension and am sitting on 245/75/16 right now. I was considering a 3 inch level, because I would actually like my front to sit a tiny bit higher than the rear for personal preference, but I heard a 3 inch level will max out my stock upper control arms and lead to a ton of issues. I know this questions has been asked a ton before, but everyone seems to have a different answer. I am also considering new shocks and springs (bilsteins) with new upper control arms, so about a 3 inch lift up front and keep the back stock ride height or lift it 1.5 inches. Might throw on 1 inch spacers to help prevent rubbing on UCAS as well. Anyone with experience putting on 33s let me know everything you did to prevent rubbing. This truck is my daily driver so I want it to look as nice as possible without any rubbing or suspension issues.

are these headlights tacky

I think they look good with the color but i am kind of thinking of switching to clears or just more stock looking headlights. I’m getting a lift and bigger tires soon and want a clean build. Also should I color match the grille or keep it chrome.
