Do our full records become available online for your new doctors to access?
Is it automatically uploaded to some online system?
If so, do we have to authorize it for each provider?

I am reaching 65 years old. Will be in California roughly 1/2 of the year and Puerto Rico the other half, which is out of the Kaiser coverage area, therefore I cannot stay with Kaiser with their Medicare advantage plan.
***Looking for advice regarding finding and choosing good doctors in and any transition advice here in California, specifically living in San Jose, but willing to travel of the Peninsula for the best doctors such as Stanford, etc. We have been with Kaiser for so long not sure how to approach this.
Records and referrals, etc.
