Hi so I went in and traded in about 8 games to pre order wolverine and black flag resynced today. On the receipt it says black flag has been full paid off. Now for wolverine it says DNU instead of the name of the game? I’ve never seen this before and ive pre ordered games from this store many times

Hi so I tried selling a video game this week and I got hit with one of those “verify your identity” things. Ive since used my drivers license 3 times and Facebook keeps giving me an error saying “we could not verify your identity”

Is there anyway to fix this because I genuinely don’t understand why it’s not working
