what did you wish you knew before getting off of effexor?

I’ve been on 75 mg of effexor for 2 months now for anxiety and adhd and I’ve recently decided to stop after noticing the side effects out weighing the benefits. However, I’ve heard so many horror stories about getting off of this drug I was wondering if there are any tips and tricks that may help out. I am moving away to a different country for college at my dream school in 2 weeks and I really dont want something like this to affect the start of my college experience.

Skipping for 3 days

Ive been on bupropion XL for like two months now and i recently uped my does to 300 and switched from lexapro to effexor. For the past 3 days, I have forgotten to take my meds and I have been experiencing like weird flashes of sleep where i get scared to sleep until im too tired, and not being able to wake up. I was wondering if anyone has had the same experience when accidently forgetting to take their meds. Ive also recently just stopped smoking weed after using it for some time to counter my supressed appetite. Lol I dont know if any of this makes

I am so done

Ive been taking bupropion 150 mg and escitalopram 10 mg for like a month now for my depression and anxiety. Initially it was because I was getting tested for adhd where they gave me a provisional diagnosis because my childhood report cards seemed good and im headed off to a pretty good school next year. But now after taking these medication i feel like I definitely have adhd since im no longer sad and depressed and scared all the time. I just do nothing and feel fine about it, and I've realized that the only thing kinda pushing me to do things was my anxiety. However it is still my second semester of senior year and i have grades i need to keep up so pls give me some tips.
