My Goal is, that incoming mails won't be deleted. I thought to create a mailbox rule to archive mails.

But i guess it would interfere with halopsa itself.

How do you handle it? I want to have it as a fallback archived.

Is there a way to backup those?

My only scenario is a local file share from a client.

we're based in Europe and got those levels:

We're also currently thinking about to add a fee based on the Severity/Impact.

Not that all customers spam Critical 1 and we're under Stress for changing a password.

So that we and the customers see the best Effort/Costs Ratio to triage tickets.

Severity 1-4 or 1-5 with the Severity, Impact and Business Continuity in mind.

1 = Critical

2 = High

3 = Medium

4 = Low

5 = Trivial

Hi there we use take control and are i would say fairly happy.

Is there a workaround, where each Session is recorded and we upload that to our Cloud into Azure?

Somehow i can't make that working straight.

Are there any permission settings to be set, or do i have to setup a scheduled task?

Since we can do mail campaign within halo, is there also a solution for a call campaign for existing customers? We usually do Dialogs and stored them into a different custom solution before.

Also if a customer wants to ressource booking something, that it syncs the m365 calender.
