I noticed one of my Paladin plans had no way to cut DA after remapping Judgement to Righteous Fervor. (It’s fire-based, so no room for Storm Box or Rune of Hagarrad.) I’m wondering if that’s a mistake. I *have* noticed that Warders don’t have a consistent DA cut source (Markovian’s Advantage is RNG-dependent, so not what I’d call consistent), so maybe seeing what they do to compensate would be instructive.

If you have a DoT of the initial damage type, does it get converted at all? The example on my mind is Siphon Souls, specifically the Blood Boil modifier. If I use Sear Souls (converts its vitality damage to aether), does Blood Boil's vitality decay portion get changed in any way (all of the DoT at once?), or does it remain vitality?
