7yo with recurrent mesenteric adenitis, petechiae/bruising, rashes, headaches & ongoing abdominal pain — unsure if we should push for further workup

7yo female (turning 8) with ongoing unexplained symptoms for ~1 year and I’m trying to work out whether we need to push harder medically or if this still sounds consistent with recurrent viral/inflammatory issues.
History:
2023: suspected EBV/CMV infections (positive past infection testing later), recurrent infections, occasional transient hive-like welts and red patches/rashes that come and go quickly
June 2024: non-blanching rash/petechiae → referred to hematology
Diagnosed with von Willebrand disease
Nightly abdominal pain started around same time
2024–2025:
Ongoing intermittent abdominal pain
Jan 2025: multiple ED visits → diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis, gallstone, then starvation ketosis requiring overnight fluids
Symptoms improved but never fully resolved
Since Feb 2025:
More frequent abdominal pain
Intermittent itching/hives/rashes
Occasional petechiae/bruising
Strong histamine-type reaction when lying in grass (new)
Viral conjunctivitis
Frequent headaches
March:
Mesenteric adenitis confirmed again on ultrasound
Gallstone increased to 5mm and CBD now 4mm
April:
Daily stomach pain + headaches
Petechiae/bruising improved somewhat
Reduced lactose/high-fat foods
Most recent event:
Fainted at school, then vomited multiple times afterward
Pale appearance + swollen lymph nodes again
GP thinks possible viral illness on top of everything else
Bloodwork so far has reportedly been normal.
We are waiting to see a paediatrician, but I’m struggling with whether this sounds like:
recurrent viral/inflammatory issues with bad luck
something immune/allergy related
something we should be escalating harder
Not looking for a diagnosis, just wondering whether anyone in medicine/parents have seen a similar pattern or have suggestions for what types of conditions doctors usually consider with this combination of symptoms.

7 year old with stomach pain for 6+months

I have no idea whats going on with my child and im fearing the worst but hoping for the best.
Female 7 years turning 8.
Bit of history back in 2023 she must of had ebv and cmv, was getting frequent infections. Also getting hive type things but only one or two and not itchy come and go very fast and a psoriasis like red patches that arent a true psoriasis.
June 2024 non blanching rash get referred to heamatology - show doc the pic of hive/red patches and says yep thats weird.
Gets diagnosed with von williebrand disease (a blood clotting disease her blood takes longer to clot) and ebv and cmv positive for past infection.
Stomach pain nightly end june.
Stomach pain on and off till jan 2025
Massive episode multiple ed admission gets diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis & a gallstone & then later starvation ketosis from the mesenteric adenitis and needed to be on a drip over night.
Stomach pain on and off since then to this jan
Then pain more frequent in feb with itching still getting the hives/red patches
And in feb starts getting petechaie once or twice and brusing more.
Gets massive histamine response when laying on grass and never has before
Gets viral conjunctivitis end feb
March still complaining all symptoms
End march mesenteric adenitis gets confirmed again also gallstone growth to 5mm & CBD now 4mm.
April getting daily stomach pain and headache brusing and petechaie subsides.
Also cut out lactose and high fat meals.
Then the other day faints at school then vomits and has two more vomitting episodes later on, looked very pale and lymph nodes up again doc thinking another viral illness on top of whats going on
Waiting to get into a paediatrician. Does anyone have any advice or ideas or anything?! If this is more serious i would hate myself for not pushing for more tests or looking into this further
Im at a loss ive spent hourssssss researching so much my head is going around in circles
