I have an employee that works for me in a teer 4 job in Toronto. He makes 22.58$ per hour and based on his OWP score of 51 I'm wondering if he's going to have a problem getting accepted. Worth noting his work visa expires in 2 months and extension was denied it seems.

Is there anything I can do from the employer end to help his chances because they seem pretty low.
