Stem for crux custom build

Just received my new crux frame to start a new build. Trying to decide on what stem to put on there? Would you go with a specialized s work alloy stem, bontrager carbon stem, or zipp carbon stem? Reading the zipp manual it says that you shouldn’t put any spacers above the stem and that the top cap should be flush with the stem. I want a little flexibility with playing around with the fit so not sure if I want to commit to my max height yet if that is the case with the zipp stem. I can get a zipp stem for a decent price which is why it is in the mix but I also found a bontrager stem on sale at a shop. The wheels, handlebar, and seatpost will most likely be zipp

Crux sizing help

Have been talking with someone to buy a 54 cm Crux frame for a new bike project. Currently ride a 2012 roubaix in 56 cm. From what I’ve read online many people who ride a 56 cm in other frames ride a 54 cm in the crux. Height is 179 cm (5 ft 10.5). The calculator on the specialized website put me right in between 54cm and 56 cm based on what I put in for the shin measurement. I found a 54 cm locally at a shop and at first the employee said it would be too small and then after sitting on it said it looks like it looks like it would work. I was able to take it around the block for about 5 min and it felt good. Anyone input on sizing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
