Hey Everyone,

I am currently on Day 40 of my 60 day grace period. I was furloughed by my previous company. I have an offer. I will soon start working with lawyers and get my H1b transfer submitted before the 60th day.

My questions:

1. Is this timeline feasible?

2. Should I also apply for H4 if incase transfer is denied?

3. The company has given start date after 60th day, is it okay ?

Hey Everyone,

I had applied for my I-140 for my EB2-PERM petition, under premium processing.

​

I had submitted my petition on 28th May 2026, I received RFE on 9th June 2026. Due to time sensitivity, my lawyer requested an RFE response by contacting the service center (TSC) on 12th June. TSC replied saying the case is still under processing and no action is needed. Not got any RFE response yet.

I am trying to understand if something similar was experienced by anyone and if anyone can give their inputs on this matter.
