These replace the plastic endcaps on each side and go on with the same screws, so there's no drilling and you can go back to stock in a few minutes.

Fractal said a while back that a factory handle would crowd the footswitches. These sit at the very ends of the chassis, past the outer switches, so stomping isn't affected.

Two versions in the pics. The Standard is lighter and uses a small separate foot at the back. The Pro has four feet built in and a bit more plastic. Both tilt the unit back toward you a few degrees. The feet are needed to add enough clearance for the vent/fan underneath.

I wanted to test the strength before putting it on my unit and a single handle can carry 25 KG. The FM9 is 5 KG, so it's more than sufficient. I could have added more weight, but it was difficult to go past 25 KG for the test. It flexed a little at 25 KG and went right back to shape. That's my own test on one handle, not a guarantee, but it made me a lot less nervous carrying mine.

Printed in PETG with 6 walls and 25% infill for strength. Mine goes back and forth to church with me.

Full disclosure, I make and sell these. Links in the comments. Mostly wanted to show them off and hear what you think.

Best Way to Learn 3-Statement Modeling

I'm looking to learn 3 statement modeling. I don't do any of that in my current FP&A role. Does anyone have a good source to learn? I know there are Youtube guides, and courses, but was wondering if anyone has a tried and true method to learn effectively, thank you!

Need career advice

I’m a senior analyst with 5 YOE , 2 as a senior, making around $90K in south Florida and “report” directly to a Director, but the truth is that we’ve talked around 4 hours so far this year. We have a good relationship overall. I’m doing manager level work for my business segment and own everything related to revenue and get all my guidance from the VP who I speak to almost daily.

My question, what should I do? Even as a senior financial analyst I am underpaid with average salaries at $110K in my area. My job is remote, which I do attribute a lot of value to.

My issue is the level of work I do and pay. Should I look for an outside manager role? Do I speak to my VP about a raise/promotion, do I speak to the director? I don’t want my career to stall. Thank you for reading!
