Bought my first protein, has anyone tried this? What is your opinion on plant based protein??
I am adding protein to my daily diet and going on a journey of making myself fit... I chose this as I couldn't find any other cheaper option as I am on a budget... I'll let you guys know about the results in 3-4 months
Other sources i am adding is
Eggs- 3-5 daily
Soya chunks
Milk, paneer curd
Combining all this I am aiming for 80gm-100gm protein
Working out almost every day
Walking/jogging 1 hr a day..
