Haircut

My son is 10 months old and needs a haircut. I’ve been cutting it myself but I’m just so bad at it. I’m looking for recommendations for a barber or stylist who has experience with kids but doesn’t need to be kid specific. I looked into Kidsnips and it’s not what I’m looking for because it‘s pretty much just a toy store. Curious if theres anything or anyone else out there in the city!

2nd Nap Chaos

My 10-month old has been refusing his second nap for weeks. He has struggled with naps since he was 5 weeks old, especially the last nap of the day. We dropped to 2 naps early, around 5 months and it significantly improved his naps and mood. Once we dropped to 2 naps, we switched to a clock-based schedule. He woke up happy in the morning and from both naps. We capped naps at 2 hours each and the last one at 4:30. More or less were on a 3/3/3.5-4

6-6:30am wake
9:15-9:30ish nap
2:30 nap
7:15-7:45 bedtime depending when he woke up from the second nap

Starting maybe 4 weeks ago, he's been waking earlier more like 6-6:15am (sometimes before 6). Always happy upon wake up. We still put him down for his first nap around 9:15-9:30 and will often wake up on his own after 1.5hr. He's easily made it until 10:30 when he had a 9-10:15 class but that class is over.

The second nap has become a disaster. He will scream and cry until finally settling to sleep around 3:30pm. We wake him at 4:30 to protect a bedtime and he is angry and cries when we wake him. Goes down to sleep for 7:30 bedtime without issue and sleeps through (sometimes an errant cry at 3 am but falls right back asleep without intervention).

Schedule now looks like the below and WW end up being 3.5/4-4.5/3
6am wake
9:15-9:30 nap
3:30pm nap
7:30 bedtime

Nighttime sleep is still great (even if I wish he'd wake up closer to 6:30) so I'm hesitant to mess around too much. However, 3.5/4.5/3 is odd and he wakes up so angry from the second nap. This tells me we have a schedule issue - I'm just not sure what to do. His last nap has always been a struggle and the first nap has always been reliable so I'm scared to significantly cap that first nap.

I don't see another option besides capping that first nap. Is there another move? Would love any advice or guidance!
