I own a couple of necklaces and a couple of rings. Not enough to warrant most jewellery organisers, which are fairly huge, but still, I don't want them to get tangled. Any recommendations for organising small quantities of jewellery?
My friends from uni like hill walking/hiking etc. We're planning a 6 day hiking trip in the summer, but I'm so nervous about managing my POTs and not ruining the trip if I have an incident.
I've done a fair bit of hiking and 'm usually okay. But we did one hike and I had to lie down in a cafe with my feet up and I was really embarrassed. There were other circumstances that made that particular episode worse (it was early in the morning, and I got the flu the next day)
I'm just wondering if there's any hikers with POTs out there who could give me some tips for managing symptoms out in the world? Thanks 🥾🌲⛺️
