Is my pitcher okay?

I adore my scarracenia, and we've just left the winter season in Australia so I have moved my plant to a bigger pot recently. I removed all the dead stems that were easy to come off, but I'm wondering about these guys, it's like half of it is dead and the rest is still green. Do I trim them? Or leave them be?

Thankyou in advance

First time Jade plant owner

Been growing out from a trimming of a 50+ year old generational Jade plant that was in my grandparents backyard, (now deceased and house was sold) plant is older than my mother.

Anyway, it's going well. But these little black dits have appeared on my plant. Should I be concerned?

First image is showing how big the plant is, it's not a new trimming, it's been growing for a few months now, so it's definitely not dirt.

Thanks in advance
