Struggling with social stuff as an international student
Hey guys, thanks in advance for any advice!! (=^▽^=)
I’m an international student and I’ve been struggling with some social stuff. Since I’m introverted and have language barriers, I’ve only made one Australian friend. But I’ve tried reaching out to Aussies. And several things have been confusing me.
I met a guy online. They were super passionate and polite at first. Like, they told me not to worry about my imperfect and said they’ll talk to me later. But after like two days, they disappeared and stopped replying to my messages.
Also, my Aussie friend doesn’t reply instantly. Sometimes it takes two or more days to hear back.
So I was wondering is it actually common to reply slowly and occasionally ghost people, or is it just they don’t wanna talk to me? (´･_･`)
