USB game not loading
I have defragmented my game followed tutorials But when i run it nothing happens

PS2 (SCPH-50004) Wont read my disc's
So ive recently found out it was pretty easy to mod the ps2 but i have encountered a problem i have tried 3 times now to burn a disc and use YADE exploit but it says "Disc Read Error" everytime and i cant find a single tutorial on how to do it.
And yes have made sure to install the right file for my PS2
