Got this variegated kerrii for cheap at 6$ but there seems to be issues w/ the leaves. What can be the best way to repot?

It arrived yesterday w/ the potting medium damp and wrapped in plastic. There was a small snail in it too. I had to remove one of the leaves at the bottom (circled at the 1st photo) bc it’s totally yellow this morning. 2nd photo show the potting medium used by the seller (3 large pieces of coconut husks), which i find to be a challenge for repotting bc i cannot remove them w/o damaging the roots. There are also yellow beads which i suspect are osmocote fertilizer but I’m not really sure.

Coconut fiber is great for hoyas and I’ve successfully grown hoyas in it before but I’ve used the coco peats which are processed coco fibers and is like soil so easier to clean off when repotting.

Should i keep the potting medium and just fill in a larger pot and place this in the middle?

Question: are snarkers more parasocial than the fans?

I keep wondering how they are more updated about Katseye than me. If they hate Katseye then why are they always rushing to post every little new shit they see about the girls?

I might get posted on the sub with this one.
