I'm mostly curious about churches with attendance between 200-300 and/or annual budget around 1 million.... (although I welcome input from others)

Do you have a staff member who handles bookkeeping?
Are they full or part time?
How complicated/simple is your bookkeeping system? (quickbooks, excel, other?)

How much are you (as the pastor) involved in this?
