My friend and I are planning a 15 day Srinagar trip from 15th July. Can you suggest local places other than famous places as well?

My friend and I are planning a 15-day road trip to Srinagar starting on 15th July. We'll be driving our personal car , so we'll have the flexibility to explore nearby areas as well.
We already know about the popular tourist attractions like Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, Dal Lake, Mughal Gardens, Doodhpathri, etc. This time, we'd love to explore offbeat places and local experiences that most tourists miss.
We're looking for recommendations on:
- Hidden gems around Srinagar
- Scenic drives and lesser-known villages
- Beautiful meadows, lakes, waterfalls, and viewpoints
- Easy to moderate day hikes or treks
- Local cafés and authentic Kashmiri food
- Places with fewer crowds and great photography opportunities
- Any unique experiences that locals would recommend
Since we'll have our own car, we're happy to drive a few hours if it's worth it. We'd also appreciate suggestions on roads to avoid, parking tips, or anything we should keep in mind while driving around the region.
If there are any places that are overhyped and can be skipped, we'd love to know that too.
