Need advice, salon over curled my lash lift, don’t want fixing it and blamed LVL protocol.

Hey everyone, looking for professional opinions on a recent lash lift.

My eyes came out completely uneven. One eye is acceptable, but the other is heavily over curled and over processed. Those lashes curl backward toward my eyelid looking crimped and completely mismatched.

The salon initially told me in person that I could return to get it fixed. When I messaged them the next day asking for an experienced tech, they backtracked. Saying they have twenty six years in business and LVL protocol, they claimed they cannot touch the lashes again due to the natural growth cycle. They offered no fix, alternative treatment or refund.

Is it true that nothing can be done, Is waiting out the growth cycle the only option?
