Best way to recruit volunteers for nonprofit in Petaluma

I work for a nonprofit org serving older adults in Sonoma County, particularly in the Petaluma area. Our program has been running really well in the area for a year and a half. However, the need for volunteers is growing!

Does anyone have any recommendations for recruiting new volunteers around Petaluma? So far, we've only looked into farmers' markets and the Santa Rosa Night Market, but given our focus area, I doubt those would result in many sign-ups.

How to set up phone number for nonprofit

Our org has had trouble using our Board and staff personal phone numbers and Google Workspace numbers because they interfere with personal life, and Google Workspace numbers don't work for bank accounts and similar services, and sometimes lock us out without explanation.

We need to set up a proper general phone number for our org. Currently, the phone number listed on our website, flyers, etc., is the Program Director's. It would be useful if multiple people could access the new number (maybe through a record or extension numbers), since being the main phone contact is a lot of work for the PG. We all work remotely at the moment, but I hope it will transfer to a landline-type setup if we get an office in the future.

I don't really know what to look for, but I'm wondering what other people use. Our team is only 4-5 people, but we would like a system that can grow with us!

Ideas for Nonprofit Tabling at SF Pride

I work for a nonprofit that is tabling for pride this weekend. We often do tabling at wellness fairs, senior centers, health care fairs, that sort of thing, since we are an organization that caters to elders and people in care facilities. We have fun stickers, will have candy, brochures, and banner/posters. However, how do we encourage people to come to our booth to learn and experience what we do?? So many tabling set ups usually look so boring and I want it to be fun for us and for people coming to say hi. Would welcome all creative ideas to engage people socially and visually.

Our organization is centered around consent-based, gentle touch (not massage) that people in care facilities usually do not experience outside of task-oriented care, so we will also be offering sample experiences for that. Ideas related to that will be welcome too.
