Doing this on the behalf of my parents as they keep pestering me about it. The box appears to glow just fine, I am able to connect to connect to the internet but the speeds are so abysmal I might as well not have it at all. I'm thinking it has something to do with the box as it is according to my parents pretty old and awfully warm to the touch when powered. Unsuprisingly, unable to contact anyone at virgin media due to the horid customer support they have so I am wondering what should I do? Has anyone similar probelms? I've done basicaly everything I can with the box and troubleshoot says it is a broadband issue. If any advice can be given please let me know.
