What time is best to get a full fireteam in the UK? trying to play now but i’ve been waiting for 20 mins and absolutely nothing is going on.

How do I turn on aim assist?
Everywhere online it says the game has a ‘aim snap’ toggle in the controls menu but mine has no such thing. did they get rid of it or am i being stupid?
