Internet has been down all day and can't get it working. Tried to get into account but it won't show my active account will only show inactive one from about 10 years ago. Called customer support and was told to call back in 24 hours and maybe they could help me then. Something about their internal tools not working but wouldn't describe it further. Anybody else having this problem?

What an absolute joke of a company.
