I'm on 1.7 mg of Wegovy and my insurance stops covering it at the end of the year. I've lost 45 lbs so far and I don't want to start over.

I've been looking at compounded semaglutide, but there are so many providers and I don’t know if I should believe their reviews or not. One I looked at wouldn't tell me which pharmacy they use until after I paid.

What should I check before I sign up? And has anyone switched from Wegovy to compounded and kept the same dose?

I'm replacing my original HVAC system in a single-family home. It still runs but i don;t think it will last for the upcoming seasonss , so I'm planning ahead before it fails.
I've received three quotes ranging from roughly $8,000 to $18,000+.

How do you know what HVAC is actually fair? The highest ones includes equipment upgrades I'm not sure I need.
I want to invest in a reliaable system without paying for unnecessary specs. Any help or recommendation?
